Update: November 2020. to be honest and fair Rick Hendrick Chevrolet did replace my hubcaps they fixed an oil leak I noticed and I had a warranty put on there and that I did not ask for that was $3,800 added to my bill plus $200 oil change as it was supposed to be free after a bunch of promises and unanswered calls I threatened to troubleshooter on them and they are supposed to have those figures taken care of and taking off paid back to the finance company this place again is very irresponsible and not customer friendly. I've called for several times and spoke with my salesman and other people and promised return phone calls never came now I'm having this a nice car and last night the engine light come on being a mechanic I'm going to have to put catalytic converters on it and O2 sensors. any and all grammatical errors are mine and my fault like capital letters and periods and commas and so forth this is a text to speak app which I'm using thus no slowing down whatever you do do not buy a car in my opinion at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet they're only purpose is to sell sell sell and bring your car back to have it service service so they can make all the money they can cars are designed these days so a person will have to bring it back to the dealer in order to have it worked on so the average mechanic who has the average tools will have to buy expensive tools to work on same.I was lied to manipulated and played because of my unfamiliarity of car buying being a first time car buyer so be advised America North Carolina's and all and brother Southpoint Chevrolet buy everywhere double check your paperwork and have a clear understanding of everything and don't take nothing they say as verbal promises.my salesman was new his name was Antoine he was very nice he was very helpful but he was not explaining and opening and giving me a understanding of the total billing process trade-in value and things pertinent that I feel are very important when buying in a vehicle knew were used. my name is Chad Harris I'm from Durham North Carolina and I paid for this advertisement
