Can not recommend Attorney Ken Duke highly enough. I mean it. I don't often write reviews but I had to write one about Ken Duke. I received a speeding ticket for 22 over in Durham NC. I contacted him and he was on my case from day one. He couldn't have made the entire process any easier for me or with a better result. I just followed his advice and took the 4 hour online driving course. Then I didn't even have to go to court. he went to court for me and got the entire thing dismissed with not even a court cost. I'm so thankful for Attorney Kenneth Duke in Durham! He helped me get my speeding ticket (52 in a 35) completely dismissed. Mr. Duke is AWESOME! I contacted him based on his google reviews alone and it was well worth the contact! I had already been dealing with a pending ticket in Guilford County. While driving to work, I was wrongfully stopped during a Speeding Operation on I-40. I was already dealing with a pending situation from a few months ago. Mr. Duke assured me that he could get the current ticket dismissed and it would have zero impact on the one pending. I called him on a Wednesday, by Friday afternoon he was emailing me to say he had went to the court early on my behalf (mind you, my court date was 12/5) and got the ticket dismissed. I was and am forever grateful! I was able to pay his fees, take the driving improvement course and submit my driving record all within 24 hours, which made it even easier for him I suppose. I am just thankful my CLEAN driving record will stay in tact. Words of advice to anyone who drives the Raleigh-Durham corridor frequently - use cruise control!! I have had a CLEAN driving record for over 9 plus years, prior to having to drive to this area more frequently for work. I've received 2 speeding tickets while NOT driving the speed the state troopers have accused me of! Again, if you're looking for a five star attorney that can get it done quickly..
