Just called and talked with Avery regarding possible representation for a personal injury cjaim. The aforementioned representative we talked with did not actively listen. We had to tell him three times that I was looking for the police report number and "please be patient with me." We told him that Anthony O Corbett had my POA and he said that, "I don't know why we would need a POA." Even though, we did let him know that Anthony has the legal authority to act on my behalf. When were on the call with Avery; he left dead silence for lengthy times and did not exude a confident demeanor. Needless, to see based on that initial interaction, we will not be choosing Bishop Law Firm.

This is the usual attorney that offers free 15 minute consultations only to not show up. I wish I could give him less than a one star review. I scheduled my virtual appointment with him well in advance.
A few minutes before the appointment I called.
Mabel, the receptionist, tells me that she's surprised that no one called or emailed me to reschedule and that Keith had just walked out of the office and was expecting my call. Excuse me Mabel, are you not the person in charge of the schedule, and scheduled my appointment?? Not a single email or call to reschedule. At least own your mistakes!
Not an hour later Keith, the attorney, called me and left a message saying that he was oh so busy with the usual "courtroom emergency" excuse and to please call him because he'd be in the office for the rest of the afternoon.
Guess what Keith? I'm busy as well and I took time off of work so that I could attend the meeting I had scheduled with you!
