Honest, ethical and diligent are words I would use to describe Gray and his team. He helped me navigate a civil business matter all while I was out of state and gained a very favorable decision on our behalf. I have reached out twice in 8 business days to no avail. 8/18/2025 I spoke with Coleen and was told Heather Hodge would call me back to discuss my concerns. After 7 days I tried again 8/27/2025, left Coleen a message and still nothing. Guess she has more business than she can handle right now. Hope others have better luck than I have.

I went in with my mother to for elder estate planning, admittedly over a month ago. I am just getting to the review as we went on vacation shortly after our appointments with them. They were very accommodating, reassuring and listened closely to our needs and requests. They handled my mother in a gentle and kind way and really took the time to explain everything. They allowed us all the time we needed until all our questions were answered. From my initial call as a new client, and getting us in and drawing up all of the documents the turn around time was very quick! (1 week turn around, 100 percent done including all filing with the courts!) They were reasonably priced with a retainer and flat fee. Very affordable and they really were a delight to work with. They make you feel like you are with family and take great care in showing it. Their office is very nice, and everyone we encountered was polite and helpful. I always appreciate kindness and care when it comes to my mom, our elderly are precious and she sure is precious to me! Thank you Knox Law. We will always recommend you and will pursue you whenever we might need assistance! Also will add, the location is easy to get in and out of, and very easy to find!

Met with Frances Knox who has worked on my Last Will and Testament and was enormously helpful in making sure I had covered everything that I wished to leave. She answered all my questions and was helpful in advising me. Also she gave me an Estate Questionaire outlining categories that I might overlook making my Will and Requests that will make it clear and easier for those left behind in making my wishes complete. I would highly recommend Knox, Brotherton, Knox & Godfrey.

Gray and Robin were a great asset in helping me and my family in the finalizing of my mom and dad's estate. This is a difficult time in life and Gray and Robin helped make the process as easy as possible. I have heard others say that the did this without the help of a lawyer but that it was extremely difficult determining what to do, when to do it and where to do it. I couldn't have done it without them!
