Nagle & Associates PA Car Accident Lawyers

I spoke with Paul Hedrick, with Nagle & Associates - Hickory, NC, this afternoon about an auto accident that I was involved in back in 2022. I'm here to tell you, he is one of the nicest, most honest, and genuine people (especially in Law) that I have spoken with in a very long time! He took the time to help me better understand what the claims process should look like, & explained more to me about the things that I needed to do to prepare, in the first 20 minutes of our conversation, than another law office - that I shall not name here - ever did while they wasted months of the time I had left of my Statue of Limitations!!! Absolutely wonderful people! I wish I could explain how much help these people did for me when my mother got in a wreck and passed. Carl explained everything perfectly and helped take a massive weight off my chest. Paul needed something signed and met me at my work 35 minutes away so I wouldn't have to go meet them, kept everything clear and answered every one of my questions. Despite the circumstances I loved working with these two men. God forbid anything else happens but if it did I will immediately come back to Nagle and Associates!!

I was rear ended by a driver with Farm Bureau insurance on April 1. The drivers ins company is trying to give me a check based on a preliminary inspection of the vehicle. The language in the letter for me to sign pre-repair of vehicle indicates that I release the drive/owner of any responsibility. At least that is how I read it. Which means when the auto repair shop repairs my vehicle Farm Bureau may not cover the rest. So, I reached out and luckily spoke with Paul (who is amazing) and he advised not to sign the letter. Paul made me feel so much better about the situation. My repair is not scheduled until June 12 at Mikes Collision in Hickory. So we shall see what happens with Farm Bureau since I did not sign the letter. Thank you Paul, you calmed me down and I may be contacting your office if this goes sideways. We are from Wisconsin, only being here a few weeks my wife was rear ended. Two months later we where still trying to get their insurance company to repair our vehicle.
