Overall, the closing went as expected. David was personable and thorough. However, the experience turned negative due to a mistake on their part. After I signed the closing documents I gave explicit instructions for them to mail the proceeds check to my home address. We even made sure my mailing address was correct. After waiting patiently for 6 business days for the check I called to find what the issue was. They said it was there in the office for me to pick up. I had plans for an out of country trip the next day so waiting for them to mail it at this point was not an option. My time is valuable. I had to change my already busy day by driving over two hours for their mistake. I would not use them again since they failed at a very, very simple task of dropping something in the mail.

My closing with them was fast & easy because both purchases I made through them were cash purchases and I never spoke or met the attorney only the front office staff. Reason for the rating is because when I called this office regarding litigations I was getting for the purchase I received a rude answer from the attorney. The only time I actually spoke with the attorney and he was angry that I called twice and was "wasting his time" and asked who would be paying him for this time wasted. I would gladly pay for a consultation if he has asked for me to schedule one for his time which no one did and the calls were brief. Will not be using again and will not recommend to anyone.

This is a wonderful team of attorneys. I have worked with Warren (real estate closing), David (Business matters and real estate closing), and Tripp (estate and estate planning. I am forever grateful to Tripp for being there to get be through the estate process for my dad. David is awesome and has helped me with many of my clients before signing contracts, formation of businesses, and even helping interpret contracts that have already been signed. I am so glad to have this team in Clemmons that we can call anytime.
