I got hurt at a major hospital by no fault of my own. I knew that I could not fight a workers compensation claim of this magnitude by myself. In doing my research I derived and Tippens and Zurosky. My Attorney was Kirk Zurosky. Him and his legal assistant work tooth and nail for me. He was very through and transparent. His legal assistant Tia was always kind respectful and knowledgeable of my case, strategies and communication updates. Tia was also very caring and empathetic to me and my injury situation. Kirk and Tia were very organized, structured and diligent.
