My wife is dealing with this office and they are absolutely horrible! I based my opinion on my experiences with several other law offices. The lack of organization and professionalism, we have had to be subjected. We have asked for potential offers in writing but instead we will get a call from an attorney; which in my opinion is a red flag. They have just ignored our request to provide the information in writing. The attorney that called explained that the attorneys office claims its third from the settlement and then there is administrative fees paid to their office and what is left, which should be two thirds to the claimant is owed for medical bills to providers for service. The same the attorneys office sent my wife to for treatment. I have never doubted my attorneys office in my past but this is horrible! THIS IS A RIP OFF!

Nothing is worse then having to do their job for them while having debilitating injuries. Was in a car wreck in which the red light runner fled on foot leaving me with severe life altering TBI. Zero chance of having full recovery. 4 months in to Rehab, Riddle and Riddle wouldn't get medical records or anything on my behalf. Having to get help just to do the job they said they would do. When confronted they never could prove what they said they did such as getting medical records. You will hear a lot of "Your attorney will reach out to you" and never hear a thing. "We'll" reach out to you every 30 days but never do. Understand they are "BIG Law Firm" Meaning they take on 100's of cases a day (their words) which means YOU are a very very very small concern. They make their money by number of cases with quick settlements NOT major cases with long term pay outs and court time. Keep that in mind with these people. This has been my awful experience. (May 4) In response you to you're liying reply. According to your "paralegal" Brittney, I do NOT have to wait to complete therapy as long as I have diagnosis and/or $30k in medical expenses before going forward. I have BOTH!!! and had y'all been doing your job you would have know that! My medical providers never received anything from you at any point. When I asked y'all to provide the LORs (Letter of representation) and ROIs none of you could provide any evidence that those were sent to my providers, always told me the attorney will reach out to me and never did. Y'all suck so bad at you jobs. What do you do for those in therapy for years or life? You gonna tell them they gonna have to wait too?
