Since 12/31/24, I have been attempting to reach Erica Cooke at the office via email regarding escrow funds that were being held to make a payment. I asked for receipts of payments for my records and have yet to receive a response from anyone in the office. I have also called and left a message after being told she was in a meeting. That message has been left unreturned. I am starting to think that I need to file a formal complaint. I would not recommend this office due to lack of proper communication.

I had a difficult and unusual case, two other lawyers took the case on and dropped it. Mr.Peniston and Miss Cooke were wonderful throughout the entire process and extremely helpful and did a wonderful job. My family and I could not be more pleased with the outcome.
