The firm is small, which means you actually get face time with your lawyer (in our case, Viral Mehta), which I have heard is rare these days, and it is located in SouthEnd. Our paralegal, Mia, also frequently updated us via text and phone calls throughout the process. While it did take longer than we had expected to receive the settlement (about 11 months total), everything worked out well in the end, and Mia and Viral were very communicative, supportive partners throughout the entire process.
