I am very dissatisfied with the way things were handled with this law firm. I was working with Nikolas Aldana, the paralegal concerning my grandson's appeal with Social Security disability. I was on a time crunch and reached out in June. I had 60 days. I called and called and was told all they could do was send an urgent message. Never received a callback from him to know if my case was taken. My 60 days came and went. Now I have to start all over with my grandson's disability claim. I would not recommend anyone to this practice.
Do not hire Them. It's been 6 months no return calls or E-mails. I've left numerous messages. Only to get return phone calls from a case manager. I haven't spoke to an Attorney physically or through e-mail since I first hired Their office. They are unprofessional, inexistent, and borderline fraudulent. I will be reporting them to the Better Business bureau, The Bar Association and another Attorney
