Campbell & Associates

I am very disappointed with business with Campbell & Assoc. I am previous customer. Chose the firm bc of how great my case was handled previously. Very unsatisfied from beginning to end. Requested to speak with Claire Campbell personally to conversation of my experience with this case. As of today, I have yet to speak with Claire Campbell about the poor work that was done on my case. Also to let her know how her firm is being ran. Guess the client isn't important, nor their opinion. I will never give them my business ever again. Hoping no one does, if they want great representation. Definitely don't hire the firm, they'll get paid more than the client for no work done on their part. But on the client's work done. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE!!!! RUN!!!

Just wasn't a good experience dealing with this law firm so many miscommunications I just will not recommend them. I came to them based off of a coworker, who said they were good only to find out that this was the worst decision I could've ever made by hiring them as a firm. I don't me harm to this firm. It just didn't work out for me as I thought it should have. I kind of felt like I was just another number to them and that they really didn't care. I also do feel like my case wasn't handled in a timely manner did the attorney listen to my concerns I was constantly over talked By the attorney, these are my truths, and this is the way I was made to feel.

Imagine getting a text from someone claiming to be an attorney, threatening "contempt charges" over a personal dispute -- but conveniently forgetting to mention what firm they work for. That's how attorney, Marisa Singleton, of this firm operates. When I told her she had the wrong number (and to stop contacting me), she doubled down -- after hours -- still pushing to drag me into an issue that any real professional would run from (ie: trying to collect $250 for a client who paid for illegal solicitation but did not receive -- which I found out after the fact but is hilarious but insane in terms of a legal and professional standpoint.) Only after being called out did she finally admit she's with Campbell & Associates... a personal injury firm, which doesn't even handle these kinds of cases and that apparently moonlights in personal drama. If you enjoy being harassed by text about matters that belong on a reality show, not in a courtroom, maybe she's your gal. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find an attorney who knows the difference between a legal case and someone's bad life choices, and illegal mind you.

My experience with Campbell & Associates was no less than amazing. When I connected with them, I was at a level of defeat. After meeting my support team and interacting with them, I felt very confident in their abilities to bring me back to a whole. Everything communicated with me throughout was exactly what they provided. There were never any miscommunications or unrealistic expectations. I'm very grateful for choosing Campbell and Associates and will definitely recommended them to my friends and family as I can attest to the exceptional experience and outcome received. Albertine
