I attempted to contact this firm for counsel for three consecutive days. I spoke with someone each day who took my information down and stated they would have the office in touch with me soon. After the second day, we attempted to visit in person at the Newton location, where we were informed we could not be seen without an appointment. To book an appointment, the office needed to send us an email link, which never occurred. I finally spoke with someone from the office and gave a secondary email alongside of the initial email I gave - still no link sent. I called once more and was assured the office would reach me by the end of the day. We are now 5 days out from my initial attempt and I still have not heard from the office and am unsure how to receive services from the firm, forcing me to seek counsel elsewhere. I even attempted to contact them on Facebook as a last resort because we have heard nothing but good things about Mr. Burt's firm! Hopefully the poor communication, or lack thereof, can be resolved for future clientele.
