I agree with the below reviewer regarding poor communication; I would never suggest using this company for a real estate transaction. Poor experience and poor communication often start with the leadership. The attorney, Kara Hand, sent my client documents to be acknowledged without my knowledge or consent. As a result, my client was confused about the contents of the documents and unknowingly accepted amendments that she had previously stated she would not accept. This 'loop' had to be retracted after my client sent me a screenshot of what she was sent to acknowledge. Additionally, the wire disbursement was rejected by the bank, and the team refused to resolve the issue, confirming that the wire was sent intentionally. The bank responded that it appeared to have been done in error. Sterling Law could have identified the root cause of the returned settlement wire. The transaction was poorly managed all around. Lastly, I reached out to the Managing Partner, Nathan Zaleski, as a last resort, and he took the same position as his team--it starts at the top. I would never use this firm again.

Kara is the absolute best closing attorney . After being in real estate for over 20 years she is hands down the best . I trust all my clients with her .

After closing on 10 homes through the years this was the best one ever. Totally enjoyed Kara. She was very thorough and efficient. Awesome j ob!!!

Truly amazing experience. I had a new born and there was complications with the buyer and she smoothened it out on her own expense and time and made the trip to my home with the new born to make our life easier on Veterans Day. Never have I had a someone go out there way thank you so much and great communication.
