King's Law Firm is amazing! We've worked with them on a couple different kinds of cases. It is reassuring that we can call on one lawfirm to handle any of life's issues. They use Clio for Clients; which allows clients and lawyers to directly communicate through direct messaging, upload evidence directly, and track your teams progress. We love being able to be "in the loop" and the reassurances of being able to have our questions answered whenever they arise. They are honest about expectations and explains things thoroughly. They don't "nickle and dime" you on fees and maximize their effectiveness for every penny. Therefore they are worth every penny. We would always recommend King's Law Firm!

I've heard Good and bad about Patrick Currie, but I'm going to state some things which happened while he was appointed to be my counsel: Fact: Under him being retained after one week, he had a bond reduction by $40,000 and gave a solid recommendation on a local bail bondsman who ended up being utilized. Fact: Mr. Currie is a fighter in court--even in a plea arrangement, the guy will confront a prosecutor trying to overstep and influence a Judge's sentence. This confrontation is much needed, because I belive many "public defenders" serve as extensions to a state prosecutor's office to get guilty convictions. It feels great to see someone "buck back." Fact: Mr. Currie doesn't sugarcoat things. In the south, someone can give you anything but Reality, and fear hurting your feelings. But Mr. Currie is capable of approaching something with a balanced outlook--coming at your case from a prosecutor's argument, a juror's ear and mind, and your own valid experience of whatever accusation or allegation laid against you. This is hard to find these days. And he leaves the freewill choice up to you on whether to take it to trial. The guy does a solid job in my line of sight.

Only did a consultation BUT Patrick Currier was great gave me my legal options and his personal opinion regarding my situation. Really nice guy and Britney in the Newland office and Ashley in Boone office were very courteous, nice and prompt. A very good experience!
