This attorney cannot be trusted. My experience with him left me questioning his integrity and judgment. What's especially concerning is that his daughter works in national defense -- a position that requires the highest standards of trust and ethics. Considering his behavior, that connection is deeply unsettling.

I misjudged a yellow light in a construction zone on my way to work which resulted in a citation for running a red light. I was intending to just pay the fine and forget it, but I received several letters from various attorneys about how that might adversely affect my driving record. One of the letters I received was from Brad Eller, which didn't make any outlandish claims about his services or prices, but rather just an offer to discuss my options. This was done over the phone, and his office was able to negotiate a dismissal of my case with the court officer in my county. The court required me to complete an online driving class, and they provided the link to me for the class. I'm very pleased with the outcome of my case and would highly recommend Brad Eller's services to someone who is considering what do about a traffic ticket

This attorney is completely unprofessional. I have emailed his office four times in the past month for a case follow up with no response. When I call the office no one answers. My interactions with him have been unprofessional, dismissive and anything but transparent. I wish I had obtained a second opinion before giving him my money.
