Not sure how this man (Angle) is still practicing. He deserves to have his license revoked. The worst attorney in town. The front desk staff is also very rude and unhelpful.

I have been involved with hundreds of real estate closings and my experience with Angel Perry & Islay Law, PLLC was the absolute best. The deal I just completed with them was a tough deal to get to the closing table. Mel, the paralegal I dealt with was smart, a problem solver, great communicator and best of all so very nice and pleasant under pressure. Communication is the key and I was always kept in the loop with timely responses and every question I asked was answered quickly and thoroughly. Attorney Luke Perry is very knowledgeable and helps find solutions instead of just pointing out problems. I highly recommend this firm if you are a Buyer, Seller or Real Estate agent as they will quite simply make your life easier and are extremely competent. I highly recommend. Matt's knowledge and helpfulness throughout the entire process helped us feel more comfortable with our situation. It was a dispute with the first contractor we hired. Before we even retained Matt as our attorney, he helped us with issues we didn't understand. Our communication via face-to-face, telephone, Zoom and email was a smooth process. He was timely, efficient, smart and comforting. We were extremely pleased with the outcome. We didn't live in the area full-time and had absolutely no problems getting a hold of him (including weekends). Added bonus is this firm did our closings (both buy and sell) for our two houses in the mountains. 5 stars all the way

Recently I worked with Rob Angle on a real estate transaction that was for sale by owner. Everything about my experience with him and his office was executed in a timely manner with the process fully explained and executed as stated. When I initially spoke with Rob he informed me that if I secured an interested buyer later in the business week that he also worked on Saturday's to prepare draft contracts. I am most happy to report that when such scenario did occur Rob kept his word and provided me with a draft contract that contained the buyer and seller's terms. From there his office handled the closing efficiently, fielding my questions and the buyers quickly and accurately. All paperwork was properly executed and recorded along with the money from rhe closing transferred the same day. I would definitely work with his office again for future real estate transactions!
