We hired them to oversee a traffic ticket. At first, it was smooth. They had us upload our driving certificate online. We had to do this three times. Then they asked us to ship it to them directly. We sent the original copy by priority shipping to the address they gave us via email. Fast forward nearly two weeks later, a day before our court date, and now they have misplaced it and told us they never had our certificate. We asked to speak to our attorney directly, and they refused, stating their policies make them handle communication between attorney and client. This is a direct violation of my privacy and access to legal counsel we paid for in advance. This was a complete failure of legal protection and a complete failure in our justice system.
