Would not recommend. The point of my case was to hold workplace responsible for injury and medical expenses. I got left with $13,569 medical expenses I now have to pay out of my settlement. Paralegal repeatedly messes up number amounts on the billing statements I provided them. Tom Ramer claimed to not be aware of said medical bills when provided to his paralegal months in advance. I jumped through hoops for patient portals, phone calls and office visits to provide all they needed to handle my case. They half assed their way through my case and left me in a mess to figure out. If you end up with bad results from working with them you can file complaint with North Carolina state bar online, phone call or by mail. His ID number to file claim is 12650, public knowledge. I hope no one else gets left with issues from this offices negligence to properly review provided documents. I'm left to haggle lump sum discount payments of my medical expenses with 4 different billing departments and not just be glad this mess was taken care of by my attorney. I'm beyond let down and embarrassed to have been represented by him.

I had a great experience working with Tom Ramer and Karen Taylor. When meeting Tom for the first time I appreciated how honest he was when discussing my situation. Tom and his team were great in helping settle my WC case.
