Bob Mason and his staff understood my goal and objectives as we worked to put generate the necessary paperwork (trusts, wills, etc) to satisfy my objectives to provide the necessary financial protection I desired. The Law Firm were friendly, great communicators and patient to answer my many questions to ensure I fully understood the process. It was easy to make appointments and reach them by phone or e-mail. My wife and I were very pleased with their efforts.

At a time we didn't know answers, or where to turn, Bob, Ann, and Jennifer guided us with knowledge, patience and understanding. Our questions were thoroughly answered and options were presented for the benefit of our family. They provide step by step assistance and achieve outcomes sought. My experience was negative before we got started. After a consultation and planning to use them, I was quoted a flat fee. Once an engagement letter was sent, the quote was $500 more than verbalized. I emailed the office manager about that being incorrect. She stated that was not incorrect; it was. In addition, upon receiving the paperwork, there was a clause stating that other out-of-pocket fees could be incurred, such as internet research. For the fee that I was quoted, I wouldn't expect other fees to be incurred. It came across as a way to scam clients out of more money. There was a lack of transparency. I chose not to use them. The consulation fee is $700. I'm confident I can find a lawyer that will provide quality service without the exorbitant fees.

I came across Mason Law after my Mother had taken an accidental fall in our home. I was impressed by the reviews; I scheduled an appointment. My husband and I felt comfortable telling Mr Mason our situation. His paralegal, Jennifer was the liaison I spoke with numerous times while gathering all the needed documentation. What a great firm. Ann Mason was my first contact and she listened to my issue I was having with medicaid and my family issues. Then I spoke with Bob he knows the system I think better than some of the people that work at Medicaid. He saved us $400,000 that we would have lost if we just did what the Medicaid letter told us we had to do.
