DO NOT USE!!!! I have personally used Jason multiple times over the years. He's been my go to guy in Randolph county. Unfortunately that's no longer the case. I signed a waiver stating he could proceed with the case without my presence on a traffic matter. However the waiver wasn't put in my folder. So the morning of court he calls and says I'm supposed to be in court and I explain and he says it will be taken care of. Then to top it off the case is continued and on the next appearance I receive a FTA because the waiver was still not put in my file. When contacting his office the multiple women i spoke with act as if me having a warrant because of their mistake is no big deal they say it will be handled immediately and then a week later I still have a warrant and no new court date. Absolutely unacceptable for a service I paid my hard earned money for.

BEST LAWYER IN TRIAD AREA OF NORTH CAROLINA!! He is very argumentative and truly wants the best for his clients. His demeanor may be intimidating to some which helps in the end because he uses that to his advantage.He truly takes the time on a personal level to get to know who you are as a person to better understand his clients situation, that's what I like about him he will defend you to his fullest ability. We were going to take it to trial and I would have been satisfied with unsupervised probation but even better we didn't even need to take it to trial. The cops were too intimidated to speak on behalf because he called them out for the false allegation of me "resisting arrest" and the DA had no comments to make regarding the dismissal. I ended up walking out with a sense of relief thanks to him- getting all of my charges dismissed but pleaded guilty to one underage drinking with the lowest possible court fee of $25 to pay. He actually knew the judge which also helped a lot on my part he was able to shed light to the fact that I have endured a lot of struggle along my life and it really helped me out a lot. RECOMMEND HIM WITHOUT A DOUBT. He's the man for the job! A blessing!!! NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THIS MAN

Went for a consultation and Mr. Goins handled our matter right then and there and represented us in court the very next day. He had the charges dismissed without us even having to go before the judge. Highly recommend! Reasonable rates!

I was looking for a lawyer to take on my case dealing with child custody and a 50b not only did Jason take my case that was set for the next day, but basically made everything go in my favor! The best interest of the child anyways. I love his receptionist they are very nice and they have basically become a second family ! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

11 years ago Jason helped me get temporary Custody of my son quickly, then proceeded with court an got it to exactly what I wanted, the father got what he was already getting before he tried to take my son, every other weekend an split holidays so my money was well spent cause I got to sleep on his weekends knowing he had to bring him back home. Jason is awesome at what he does an sometimes takes on more than he can manage at times but he will definitely go forward with you an fix it.
