Tom Robins and his Paralegal, Pat, deserve 10 stars! Mr Robins took on a challenging situation my husband has been dealing with for 17 years. He was always very clear about what he would be doing and expectations for the outcome. He was courteous and made us as calm as we could possibly be under the circumstances. Pat is a true blessing as well. She is always kind and helpful and goes above and beyond to help. I was assured I would be helped and paidat least$700 for traffic tickets. The attorney did not represent me In court. When I found this out, it was toolate. I had OFAs out and I had to resolve the situation. Silly me, called the same attorney up asking him to represent me again. He refused because I didn't have $200 to bring him that morning. Maybe I don't know much about the legal system. Of course I know lawyers don't work for free. They need their money as we all do. But I wasn't a stranger who had never paid him before. Maybe he just really had to hav e that $200 that morning? Anyway, we all have an opinion and are entitled to it. But if in the future I need an attorney, I will look elsewhere.
