I highly recommend attorney Charles Browne with Bell & Browne. I have utilized his legal services several times since 2011 for an array of varying reasons and felt that he went above and beyond with each case to ensure that I had the best possible outcome. I have also recommended his legal services to my own sister, mother and my best friend and they too were extremely relieved and pleased with the outcomes they received.

Charlie knows his way around a courtroom. He skillfully guided me through my testimony so that I was able to provide the magistrate with pertinent facts of my case. The magistrate was able to make a decision quickly. I am grateful for his help in having my truck returned.

Very condescending and rude. I went in as a victim asking for help preparing a DVPO case, and he treated me like I'm an imbecile. He also very sarcastically asked me: "Do you even have $800?" for his fee. I am so glad I did not hire him. As a survivor of domestic violence and a woman, do not go to this firm. I should have believed the one star reviews. Fellow women, beware. I went to another firm and they guided me graciously and compassionately through how to make a stronger case with their help, but without the nasty attitude. They got my paltry $800, by the way.

The worst ever !!! I will never hire them again ! Lost a case that was postponed 7 months later over a speeding ticket? You guys suck you just like to get money out of people ! You guys can't even do a follow up with your own clients.... I bet yall didn't even try fighting my case cause I had to find out thru a letter from the department of transportation saying I have 7 points on my license???? Like what I didn't even know I lost the case ???? Now I have to wait over the weekend to get a stupid answer for bells and Browne ! I hate this attorney and will never recommend you guys ! Do better

Don't, just don't. We have used Bell and Browne, specifically Mr. Browne and his assistant Tana, in the past. My husband found Mr. Browne years ago to put together documents that any good attorney would have given him advice on. Instead charged around $500 just to type up documents. Most recently of this current year we paid Mr. Brownes office $750 to go to court and regain funds due to us from an individual (3 payments). We have only received two out of the three payments we paid Mr. Browne to recoup for us from said individual. Upon trying to get the third payment, Note: this has been going on since February. After multiple e mails to their office, we have only received one phone call back, and several ignored e mails as to where our remaining funds are. Use another attorneys office in Asheboro. The high prices here and poor deliveries do not suffice. **Update to Mr. Brownes comment below. My husband has never stated he was satisfied with your services. That is a false accusation. We are still waiting on our third payment you specifically told my husband in a phone call you would contact a colleague over. Yet no phone call. So what I said above still stands correct.
