My wife and I had a very pleasant experience during our initial visit as well as follow-up contacts (which were mostly via email) with Mr. Jarvis. He spoke with us in a courteous and professional manner, gave us a couple of good suggestions, and answered all of our questions. We knew that the Trust that we asked him to develop would be a bit complicated (at least for us) but he simplified the verbiage so that we clearly understood what was written, which should make it fairly easy for our children to handle our estate following our decease. We would highly recommend Pete Jarvis to others for his excellent service and care of his clients. And, we were pleasantly surprised at his fees; they were considerably less than another lawyer we were considering at the time would have charged to prepare the same documents.

An appointment was very easy to schedule and it was made in a timely manner. Mr. Jarvis was very pleasant and kind. He had my paperwork completed in a couple of days and I was able to review it online. He met with me quickly, at my convenience to answer questions and/or make changes. Mr. Jarvis will tell you whatever you want to hear over the phone, but when put on the spot, he refuses to assist. Don't waste your time or money in dealing with this lawyer -- choose someone who will actually represent you, not just do the bare minimum and take your money.

Pete was very helpful to us when we were putting our assets in a trust and making up our wills. It's something that a lot of people don't want to talk about but it is so important to do for your children or grandchildren. Pete and his staff were exemplary! Highly recommend him to anyone!
