I would not recommend this lawyer for anyone who are facing any serious charges and or possible jail/prison time. It's been over 3 years and the pain from how this attorney poorly represented my fiance in his legal matters is still here!!! Bobby was very unorganized and didn't prepare for this particular case at all. My fiance was blindsided into accepting a plea!! Words from a court transcript were also altered! A lawyer should prepare their clients for any type of outcome and this lawyer failed us! Do not book this man for anything serious!! I wouldn't trust this man with a speeding ticket!!! He did no research and preparation prior to the court appearance!! He didn't even try to get the judge to show any mercy or anything! He didn't even put up a fight for his client!!! He didn't even prepare!!! He didn't prepare my fiance at all!!! Bobby you should be ashamed of yourself!!! And based upon some other reviews we are not your only victims!!! I'm sure you may not even remember the case I'm referring to because it doesn't matter to you because you're home living your life while my fiance serves state time! Heck Bobby you could've at least told us what "structured sentencing" is!! You ain't even do that as a lawyer!!! DO BETTER!!!

Bobby McCroskey was my attorney and he is great. He got my case dismissed for me and as a young man myself it helped me a lot as I am trying to start my life straight out of high school.

My name is Michael CANO SR, and I'm free under the 1st amendment to speak My mind regardless of what Mcrosky wants or tries to threaten me with. Here's my opinion, in my personal opinion, Bobby Mcrosky is the most worst person ever given a juris doctorate in the history of law! He outright deceived me into participating with a plea bargain, especially when I demanded he obtain police bodycam footage because said footage would have exonerated me completely. My wife is legally deaf, the deputies who responded disregarded her condition and illegally crafted a false response from her despite her blatantly telling them there has been no physical or mental violence from me. Mcrosky was specifically demanded by my wife and me to obtain bodycam footage of the incident and he failed either intentionally or willfully. Either way, he failed as my appointed counsel! He's apparently dishonest at heart, and or willfully dishonest. No matter what, he's not fit to rescue my dog from the pound! Furthermore, I am going to bring legal relief against you for inadequate representation and overturn of my conviction and the fees I've been forced to pay you for your inadequate representation. Don't threaten people who've trusted you! Next time, Next person, put your heart into their defense rather than maybe a few hundred dollars!
