This firm is just a money grab. They take your retainer and then pass you around to multiple attorneys/paralegals to rack up the billing. You have to keep re-explaining the same details over and over again. I had 7 different people charging hours to my account. Why would 7 different people need to review my case? They set up calls to prep for meetings they never attend. You finally get them to send the complaint letters but once again are disappointed. They receive correspondence to one of the letters that was sent out but then they never respond. 4 different people review the correspondence for $462 but no response is every drafted. Then the case just stalls because you get tired of seeing your retainer go to waste with nothing being done. I reviewed the bills and it only took one paralegal 2 hours total ($300) to draft the letters they were hired to write. So, I paid $2000 to have two letters drafted and then they don't even have the decency to respond to the correspondence to keep the ball rolling! They agree to adjust your bill for hours wasted but that never happens either. They just drag the case out until it's too late to proceed but they make sure to charge every penny of your retainer before it's over. I contacted the NC State Bar and will be submitting a Petition for Resolution of Disputed Fee for reimbursement!

I had a simple eviction case. It took months for them to file a paperwork. They didn't file correctly. They take forever to get back to you. And then after my case was dismissed they wanted me to file a totally different lawsuit that didn't pertain to my original case. Showed up to court late and never even presented the deed to the judge to show ownership. Waste of money and time
