First and foremost I want to thank the lord Jesus Christ for allowing me to ACCEPT and FORGIVE what happened to me on July 13 2019. I was very fortunate to have a law firm handle my case in the best way anyone can possibly imagine. Ladies and gentlemen I have to say that I'm so impressed with the way Mr Clark and his staff out did themselves. If your looking for professionalism this law firm has what it takes this law firm is what I call " TOP NOTCH " other injury Attornies can bs you about ur case and prolong situations that of course will effect us in many ways. When I met Mr Clark I knew he "IS" not was a PROFFESIONAL ATTORNEY just by speaking to him on the phone he gave me the sense of respect and authority that he is ( NOT WAS ) going to help me by all means necessary . Never did I have doubt because I already knew this guy was the real deal I felt that trust!!!! Look we've all been there lost our jobs ( SELF ESTEEM) gave up hope cried in ANGER because time has been prolonged for whatever reason in the world yet Mr Clark and his staff (IS THE LAW FIRM TO USE ) my case was handled with precise instruments and finesse. He never backed down sure he had issues I'm sure like any other injury attorney in court yet at the end he succeeded. In brief --- I had a major explosion repairing a vehicle and lost half my hand 11 surgeries and 5 years later unfortunately it was partially amputated and I still have to undergo more surgeries . Only the lord knows when it'll end but for the moment Mr Clark will continue to fight. I can conclude by sayin this to Mr Clark, Lazarro and his beautiful staff thank you thank you thank you!!!!!!

I had a personal injury occur and at the time of the accident I did not know what to do and was very frightened of going to court. However the professional team of Clark Law Firm walked me through every stage of the court case step by step and always kept me up to date with phone calls, emails and letters to notify me of the current status of the case. My experience with this law firm was outstanding. Excellent service in all aspects.From the secretary to the paralegal(Tanya) to the lawyers (Mr. Clark , Ms.Tolnai and Mr. Peck) they showed that they really cared for my well being before anything and that was very important to me. If i had to rate them 0-100 i would rate them 1,000,000 (no exaggeration). They are not like other law firms that sell you dreams and at the end it's just all a lie. Everybody from the secretary to the paralegal to the lawyers are 100% dedicated to your case. What i appreciate the most from this experience is that from day one that i met with the firm is that their main concern was my health and me getting better. If you are looking for a law firm that cares and is 100% dedicated to your case, your well being and A1 results, this is definitely the Law Firm that you should hire.

I cannot speak highly enough of this firm and specifically the individual who represented me; Mark Morris Esq. I found myself in a difficult situation due to causing a car crash involving two other vehicles, I was surprised to find out I was being charged with (2) counts of Careless Driving, one for each car involved. After some research I discovered the consequences would be 4 points on my license and a monumental cost increase to my insurance. Considering the points I already have from a speeding ticket, the prospect of losing my license was a genuine concern. I decided to hire an attorney, which, like most people, was something I had never had to do before. Clark Law made it a seamless and painless process, I paid a very reasonable fee, they reviewed the police reports and my narrative of events etc. and then informed me of what they planned to do. Their professionalism was reassuring, and I got the feeling the issue was in safe hands. My day in court arrived and the whole experience was unlike anything I had expected. I was under the impression appearing in court consisted of my attorney pleading my case Infront of a judge, who would listen, take the facts in to account and then make a ruling. The reality is that the entire process is chaos, dozens and dozens of people all waiting to see the judge at the same time, widespread confusion and irritability as to what is happening and then the actual time spent before the judge is less than 1-2 minutes. However, it became clear that being represented by my attorney undeniably provided benefits to the process. I was moved up the waiting list, avoided the seemingly flawed process of obtaining a public defender and more importantly my attorney was on hand to guide me through exactly what was going on. It was explained to me that the outcome of the case is decided between him and the prosecutor, once they reach an agreement it is presented to me and then the judge who simply confirms and memorializes the agreement. Essentially, the ability of your attorney to broker a deal with the prosecutor is what decides your fate. Regarding the discussion had between my attorney and prosecutor, I was not part of it, I have no idea what was discussed. All I know is my attorney came back and informed me that he had established the following: One of the two charges was to dropped completely and the remaining charge was to be reduced to a far less serious offense which meant no points on my license. The prospect of having 4 points was reduced to zero points. It was remarkable. On top of this, the driver of one of the vehicles involved had shown up in court and requested I pay $600 due to damage caused to her vehicle. My attorney discussed this with the prosecutor, and they agreed this was unusual and questioned why this would not be covered by her car insurance. Therefore, this was also dismissed. Needless to say, I am incredibly grateful to Mark and his firm for delivering in the way they did. I would highly recommend them, naturally, you never want to be in a situation here you need to hire an attorney but if you do, at least make sure you have a good one!
