From the very beginning, Amy was incredibly pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable. I truly felt supported every step of the way. Even when challenges arose--many of which were beyond our control--Amy consistently reassured me and worked hard to keep everything on track. Shauna was also very patient and comforting on the day of closing. Any time I called the office, the receptionists were pleasant and professional. Thank you again for your services but more importantly for not making me feel like a business transaction.

Thank You for the reply yet the following is what happened: I spoke with David who stated a return call would occur within 10 minutes. I waited an hour and called back and David stated a return call would happen within 20 minutes. After waiting another hour I posted the review. Then I received a text that I was not reachable and that was not the case as I had no missed calls and my phone rings... I suppose and in fairness the office needs to contact David. The office has my correct phone number. I am familiar with Intake and since they represent the Attorneys' it is critical that what they say happens. As a point of history... I grew up around the corner from the Attorneys' office...the present office may be in my deceased Aunts' building! David was not impressed. I wish the Attorneys' all the best and if I do decide on representation I would give them the consultation opportunity. Thank You...

The whole team at the Law offices of Joseph A. Marra was great. They managed the closing on a property for me. Wendy was my primary contact and she was excellent.
