I had a brief phone consultation with Mr. Salenger who is an attorney at this firm. He could not have been more rude or unprofessional. He asked rapid fire questions and if you don't have the answer he wants, he dismisses you. It's a case that cannot be explained in five minutes. There are many other aspects of the story. He made me feel stupid for even calling. I got the impression they are only looking for extreme cases that are easy to win and he did not seem knowledgeable about Special Education abuse and neglect claims, He's looking at it like a state-court negligence case, not like a federal disability-rights or civil-rights claim, which is what I have. There are different laws and guidelines for a case involving ADA which he did not seem aware of. . I do not recommend this firm to anyone, there are too many other attorneys out there with more compassion and patience.
