I really cannot say I've had a positive experience with this firm. Throughout my case, I've felt like I had to fight just to be heard--whether it was with my paralegal, Josh Isaac, or my attorney. I constantly had to push to get my concerns taken seriously. A perfect example happened today. We had a hearing scheduled regarding my RFA, specifically to add causal injuries to my claim. The attorney assigned to me at the last minute only addressed travel reimbursement and completely failed to mention the actual issue of causal injuries. When I finally spoke to him afterward, he admitted he was "new to the case" and that the main issue was buried in the verbiage, so he missed it. This is unbelievable, especially as I sit here in pain and now have to wait even longer for something that should have been handled properly today. I even attempted to file a complaint with a supervisor and ended up on hold for nearly 30 minutes after being told to "hold on." The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I did receive an SLU award. But overall, I do not feel I've been treated with the dignity, respect, or attention that a client deserves.

I just wanted to say how grateful I am to all the lawyers that consistently helped me over the last couple of years with my case. The professionalism and accessibility that they displays through the whole process, put me at ease and made me feel really comfortable with any conversation or questions that I had during this process. I just want to thank everyone for the help and care that they've given me and I can't recommend any Law Firm better than them?! I also just want to thank all the paralegals that assist me through this process they were all just amazing!! Thanks you so much!!
