I've filtered and met four lawyers before engaging Richard. I can say that he felt the most empathetic and sensitive to my needs and was knowledgeable throughout the process. Very professional and earnest with a golden sense of humor despite it being a very difficult and emotional time for me. I am very pleased and satisfied with this firm despite it being a small outfit. Ernie Fox and his team helped me with setting up a Health Care Proxy and appropriate legal documents so that my wife and I would be able to have access to medical information and knowledge about and be able to speak for my 18 year old son ( now legally his own "adult" ), if he might not be able to speak for himself, for when he went away for college. He did have a medical emergency requiring a visit to the ER and having set this paperwork up in advance and having it handy proved valuable for being able to speak to the providers and insurance companies when figuring out deductibles and what was covered and not covered.
