In my search for a personal injury attorney I was advised to contact Attorney Robert Weldon. In following this advice I contacted Attorney Weldon's office to schedule an appointment. Upon meeting Attorney Weldon I found him to be very knowledgeable, professional, and honest. I felt very comfortable speaking to him about my situation. He explained in layman's terms the process we had to go through, the approximate time frames as well as his duties and my responsibilities. Having never filed a personal injury lawsuit before I was really not sure what to expect. Attorney Weldon walked me through the steps and explained possible outcomes and problem areas. Attorney Weldon setup a schedule of meetings wherein we discussed the progress of my case and expectations. He is very knowledgeable about the law and takes the time to explain and answer any questions. In my particular situation, Attorney Weldon took on a big box store and won! I called for a consultation for a divorce. Mr. Weldon was very rushed and rude on the phone, wouldn't answer any of my questions and kept pushing to schedule and pay him $2,500 in order for him to explain any of the process or beginning stages. I asked if we could have a consultation (which most law firms I've called offer for a fee) before I commit to using his services. He said "this is the consultation." If it was a consultation than being consulted would have been nice.
