I have never been treated with such respect and professionalism as I have with Tim's law firm. I have used Tim and staff for multiple occasions. Buying and selling homes to wills and power of attorney. They have always maintained a professional relationship. They are number 1 in my book. I highly recommend his office for all your business needs.

Purchased a home and the previous owner had an unpaid water bill. It has been over a month of trying to resolve the issue, I have been calling weekly and repeatedly told I would receive a call back before the end of the day. I have never been contacted by the office unless I call them. I ended up just paying the bill. Would not recommend. The lack of communication makes me think I will not be seeing reimbursement for the bill. Use someone else.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I am a realtor and referred them to represent my client, who was purchasing a home. We did not hear from them for over 2 weeks. Emails were sent about scheduling a closing date and these people were MIA. Had to call multiple times and each time they had no answers for us. We needed to close as quickly as we could because my clients rate lock had already gotten EXTENDED, because of this attorneys lack of communication and had 4 days left of rate lock. These people had ZERO sense of urgency, we had to find another attorney last minute. Give your business to someone else!

Used them when I purchased my home in Theresa a year ago. Excellent customer service. Friendly staff and very accommodating as I was out of country when I purchased and kept me informed and very easy to work with if I needed anything. Swift communication. Highly recommended.

Worked with them when we owned a property in NY. The girls in the office are always busy, but get back to you as soon as they can. My gripe is with the check for the sale of the house. It is a literal check. Sent via snail mail. It was overnight, but that meant 2-3 days to AK. It nearly cost me be able to close my new property on time! Talk about stress waiting for that!
