We retained Mr Porters office to represent us as we live in TN. There were some communication issues that I believe were due to the distance and not being able to meet in person in the beginning. After meeting in person, Mr porter was much easier to communicate with. Kayla, the paralegal was AMAZING! Her communication and willingness to take the time to explain different scenarios and options to us to help us make the best decision on how to move forward and genuinely making us feel like she really cared about us and our case made all the difference in the world. We wound up taking a settlement option (which we could have done from Tn), but the 15 hour drive was worth it to be able to have her help walk us through everything. Her deification and genuine kindness really turned our experience around, and if we are in need of representation in the future we will likely retain this office again.
