Barry Gross deserves 0 stars. Him and my father went to Adelphi University together. Being a good friend of the family I figured if he wasn't a good lawyer he would at least be honest with me. All he did was lie consistently. My case dragged on and on and never got anywhere. Unprofessional is an understatement. He yelled profanities at my wife's attorney during a court appearance in front of the judge. I had a 5k credit with him when I proceeded to tell him I was going to use another lawyer and to send me back a check he sent me a bill for 4800 dollars the next day. DO NOT USE OR TRUST THIS MAN!!!
Good luck trying to get Barry to call or even email you back. And as for his staff? I've never met such incompetence in all my life. Find another lawyer. This guy's too busy.
