I would highly recommend attorney Rachel Rosenwasser of J & G law in Walden New York for legal services. Rachel helped me through many difficult times dealing with my late brother's estate and trust. I always found her to be kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Whenever I phoned or emailed her, I received a prompt response. She made it much easier for me and my family to deal with a complicated process. Her assistants Ilianabell and Theresa were also friendly, kind and knowledgeable. I would definitely seek the legal services of Rachel again when needed.

PLEASE READ: You've been warned. I fired my lawyer, Ben Gailey, for ineptitude and a complete lack of any care for my case. If you enjoy not hearing from your lawyer at all, these are the guys to go to. It took about 2 weeks just to get my file after I asked for it. As of today (12/09/2025), it's been 29 days since I first told them in writing to close out my file and return my remaining account balance, and I still haven't seen a payout (or even a response for that matter). In that time, I've sent 3 separate emails specifically about closing my account and getting my balance back. I also called the office around 4:20 PM on November 14 and left a clear message with staff that I wanted my file closed and my remaining funds returned. Result? ZERO response from Ben himself and no confirmation that they've done anything. Their responsiveness has been maybe 5% of what any reasonable client should expect, and that's being generous. It's blatantly obvious they don't care. They don't bother to answer, never mind make any effort to fix the situation or communicate like professionals. What a joke of a company. I'm certain I would never recommend this office to anyone and will update this review if anything ever changes.

Rachel is a very knowledgable, personable and responsive real estate attorney. I have worked with Rachel on some very complicated and trying deals, and she maintains calm and focused on the best interests of our clients. I would highly recommend Rachel, and look forward to working with her on future transactions.
