This firm does not care for their clients. They will hide exculpatory information from the courts and their clients so that way they won't keep fighting for you.

This is absolutely the worst firm I've ever hired . My story is my brother Michael David Hathorn the 2nd was killed in a motorcycle accident . I then went to court for my brother just to see the person who killed him was still a free man , I lost control and beat the guy up pretty bad. With that being said bill is a family friend of 10+ years he then contacted my mother and begged her to let him represent me , so he showed up to the jail for my court date and told me he would help me out. He then with held 7,500 dollars from me and swore I would sit for seven years unless I paid him which I already then felt was a sense of entrapment because he already showed up to the first court date . Bill was very unresponsible i live in Albany New York on 4 different counts i drove to Syracuse for court dates and he never showed up which then adjourned my court dates. He was very selfish he used my mother's relationship to take advantage of me many times in the sense of not caring at all and just asking for money . Also in this time he was representing me on a injury case where I only was giving 10 thousand out of the 25 thousand and he clearly screwed me out of that as well because I later found out he was only suppose to take a third. Yes I know if screwed me once he was gonna do it again but I was in the hospital for my injury and needed help and he took 70 percent of my injury money for him self , I thought he would of been a better man than that seeing how my mother was friends with him for 10+ years and served him at blue tusk till the day they closed down (rip Mike) . Bill is not professional he does not make any contact I had to call his assistant for EVERY COURT DATE by checking up on the case casually. I was even arrested once because he never called me for a court date and I had a warrant I was unaware of and the only thing bill could say is "sorry" . I don't understand how people like him exist especially seeing how he claimed to be a friend and was actually just using my family for the publicity and money .

I can personally guarantee this firm does not care about who they represent. If you're looking for someone that will do the absolute least for you, by all means. Had this guy represent me because I've heard good things from other lawyers but I tell you what, other lawyers aren't gonna care or really tell you the truth unless you pay for it! This guy is an absolute joke! Worse experience I have ever had and I work in retail. Reviews can be good, and if I can save someone else the stress, commitment, and time of going with someone of this stature, someone who has no class or concerns for anyone else but himself! Karma is real and I believe heavily on it!

By far the best lawyer. I was referred to Bill by friends and I couldn't be more grateful and I couldn't say thank you enough to express my gratitude to Bill and Peggy. I haven't really been in trouble my whole life and I was facing some serious charges. I was so scared and nervous and I was so glad to have this team supporting me. It took some time but I couldn't of asked for best results! If I could give a million stars I would!

Simply put.. If you want the best, you go with Mr. Sullivan. Top tier lawyer. He's a beast and a true man of his word. Enjoy freedom? This is your guy!
