my first two experiences with Dave Kimpel were fine, they were simple clear cut closing on a house. My most recent experience with Dave had caused me to recommend people not use this firm or him. HE blatantly ignored questions in emails and getting responses back from him was almost impossible unless i put in there please respond by end of business day. I did most of the work in the closing of this house as he was not aggressive at all in pushing the seller and her attorney to get things done.
It then took from July to October to close on a deal between me and my in-laws with no money switching hands and was simply signing over land. Between him and the para legal I was given 5 different reasons why our title wasn't done. I asked numerous times for a copy of the full contract which they couldn't provide. I had to get another lawyer involved just to close on the stuff with my in-laws, and am a firm believer I still wouldn't be closed to this day if i hadn't brough in another lawyer to get things moving.
