I had an accident at work and was about to foot the bills and be put into financial ruin but they stuck with me the whole way and really showed them who's boss! I was very disappointed with my experience with OOT and associates on how they handled my disability process. I was never able to talk with, or meet with, the attorney until the day of the hearing in which we had about three minutes to discuss things. Per his assistant, that's not how they work things as far as meeting with the attorney. My case was declined, which was surprising as the attorney said he doubted I would be declined. I was told an appeal was filed and to wait patiently up to 18 months. When I contacted the disability office, they had never received any appeal information. According to the person assisting the attorney she had proof that it had been filed. I continued to wait patiently, to call on occasion, and still the same message that it had been filed. I looked into trying again with a different lawyer but according to disability too much time had passed, and I didn't have enough recent Work credits to open a new case. Very disappointed in this law firm that was recommended to me by a friend.
