I was referred to Rodney Stilwell by another attorney, regarding a personal injury case, and It's been over a week ago. Told him about the incident, I was able to get a police report, as well as a hospital discharge papers. I even mentioned other lawsuits I have currently because he asked. Considering all of this, He was very rude on the phone, and does not let you speak unless he wants you to speak- almost as if he is trying to be dominant. Which is very unprofessional and just poor manners. He asked for the police report to review via email, but never even had the decency to send a text or email back to see if he was still interested in taking the case on. Also be careful about what you say to him, it seems his emotional feelings over power his professional position as a public defender, making him bias towards people. This is just my experience- though everyone's experience might be different. I personally would never give this guy my business. I'm actually disappointed in myself, that I didn't just hang up on this man when he was being very rude over the phone and not letting me speak, as if he held some type of power over me. Very very unprofessional. Please do better sir.
