Filling a complaint with the AGC, Jagan Law is giving their clients the wrong information and lying to clients and their family members, especially when it comes to I-864 and the FPL guidelines. They should be honest from the beginning as to what is needed! You never have a chance to speak to the lawyers, every time you ask for the lawyer to call you the paralegal/assistant calls back. I only spoke to the lawyer for a 5 minute intake and never again. Some clients are successful with them but Jagan Law should be more transparent about the entire process and what it entails before having clients make payments in full! We are already struggling as it is and to spend thousands of dollars to get denied is very heartbreaking. I send mail to them and they take two weeks just to get it from the PO Box. I recommend Spar & Bernstein, they might cost more but you'd get 100% better results. I wish I had went with them instead of trying to save some money. With the current political state be cautious with any immigration matters no matter how big or small. If you can't afford a lawyer try to reach out to Immigration Law & Justice NY or New York Legal Assistance Group. I still can't believe a law firm would tell so many lies... but I guess that is why they are called "liars" and not lawyers.
