This attorney and the buyers including the agents are all a part of them scheme where they purposely will put you in a position where you will lose out on your house the buyers will move in and this attorney will make sure that you don't have to worry about your money because they will give you 80% up front and tell you that once you clear out the property you can pick up the remaining amount however this attorney she knows that as long as the owner is in the property and he sends her a email saying stop the funds from being released she will do it and this has been very impressive I believe this is strategy and not just one person because this lawyer may be good however they moving bad faith their buyers have moved bad faith there have been times for the agent assigned for the real estate transaction who end up securing the location giving deposit our front so that they show commitment which frankly was only a tactic for them to save $75,000 and now they're holding my funds over something that wasn't even in the contract but I'm impressed with the skills this lady has I mean you have a signed contract and everything your clients took the property and now you still want to clean damages well I'm glad there's such thing as a bars Association and evidence and unfortunately that's the only course of action you're in a great attorney you protected the buyers by making sure they get the house at all so making sure the seller doesn't receive the money this comment is not intended to defame or shame or any other negative impact to the attorney's ability to perform and do business however this is here due to the fact that this is the first time I have encountered a full team working together to make sure that if the properties value is high they will accept it and write in the end they will hold the remaining escrow claiming anything in the book so if this attorney's involved in your transactions just know you're about to be taken for a ride if you're the buyer it's almost as if she promises them that you guys won't pay the amount they're asking for let's just get them to sign the contract and I'll go ahead and breach every agreement possible this email Isn't to put this attorney and their firms into a position where it affects them however seeing that I had been taking advantage of it's only right that I use my expression of freedom of speech and the honest truth with backed up evidence to alert everybody here if you need an attorney to sign off something or to write a letter for you that's what every single attorney is good for and that's just about it this Law Firm specializes working with Buyers to make sure that the sellers get wrecked in the end and unfortunately the law firm that I had representing me we're not even available if they were this would have been different but they purposely cancel and move around transactions on a weekend which is very unethical and honestly I don't know how you make decisions on the weekend knowing the other side's attorney's not there unfortunately I will be able to get on the call with this department and the department associated with the other side to come to our resolution obviously before any further collection practices are initiated
