I have been under the guidance of Turley, Redmond & Rosasco for quite some time now and I've been very satisfied with their services. Kaitlin Kelly Esq, assigned to me, has been very professional and extremely patient answering all my questions. Knowing I struggle with some cognitive issues, she ensures I am following along by slowly explaining and often repeating information. Kaitlin is fully aware of how important it is to me to properly follow ALL protocol exactly as it should be! Kaitlin's knowledge is beyond incredible! Awhile back, she had set me up with a weekly cognitive rehabilitation program that I am forever grateful for!! Without her advice I would have never known about said program. ...because Kaitlin took the time to learn about me, other than just reading documents, she treats me as an individual and actually LISTENS to ME!! Often times our conversations are difficult by my tears, pain and sadness.. but at NO time does Kaitlin ever make me feel awkward, and most importantly she NEVER makes me feel "stupid" which to me is priceless on so many levels. I am often inundated with endless paperwork, forms, appointments and such. Much of it difficult to understand & time consuming. Without Kaitlins assistance I would most certainly be misunderstanding much of it, however she makes it so much easier by walking me through it and then managing it. Kaitlin also makes the necessary phone calls, Inquiries, emails etc. I feel comfortable knowing Kaitlin and her team have such amazing experience, professionalism and additional staff in so many other areas of expertise. In closing I would highly recommend Turley, Redmond and Rosasco, should anyone find themselves in an unfortunate, depressing life changing position as I have. Their firm has individualized departments for specific needs, each filled with highly educated staff to help those in search of legitimate legal guidance.... In NO way is Turley, Redmond and Rosasco one of those "quicky" law firms that advertise/promise you endless cash rewards, fast turn around etc. Rather...Turley,Redmond and Rosasco is a highly legitimate firm well known for working with their clients on a personal level. Of course ..they have quick turn around cases that may just require less action, but they are done with precision AND accuracy within the proper state mandated protocol/guidelines.
