Joe and his team made the entire experience seamless and effortless. I had one phone call with Joe to discuss the issue, during which he explained my options, when he expected my court date to be scheduled, as well as how to engage his services. Following the call, I received an email with a contract and the upfront fees. Process was super efficient. I received a communication from his office a couple of months later confirming the court date, and instructions on how Joe will proceed with the case. Incredible work here -- Joseph and his team are quick, communicative, and supremely effective in taking care of their clients well beyond one's expectations. I'd had certain (and truthfully, fearful) numbers in my mind re: a U-Turn ticket and any potential points and fines that would come along with it; the office came back with numbers that I was so surprised and grateful to hear.
