Allow me to start by expressing the palpable empathy that is felt as i converse with and or overhear others concerns for well being,.with n by the staff and their patients.The atmosphere is far more than one of professionalism...interwoven into their highly experienced and knowledgeable staff one finds themselves in a atmosphere of healing, support and guidence...I certainly know I am being cared for and about. It offers spacious and impeccable cleanliness. Ample exercise equipment. Versatility and creativeness with changing needs for the patient treatment plan. Scheduling for appointments has not been an issue. I am very pleased and grateful for I know that I am in good hands.

The Sayville Professional Physical and Hand Therapy was great. Ryan Coffey is unbelievable, he is always trying to improve your balance and strength. He increases the exercises based on the discussions we have to enable me to reach my balance and strength. Ryan and the staff are always so upbeat and rooting for you to reach your goal. Thank you Ryan. I highly recommend Ryan!

Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. The therapists work well with one another. My therapist is Ryan. I had foot and ankle surgery and Ryan knows all the right exercises for each. Scheduling is a breeze. Parking lot in back.

Just a few words regarding my experience at the Sayville location today... When I walked in the door, I was personally greeted by each staff member as I made my way to the back to see Cole Francis, the Hand Specialist. Nice! My arthritis has now made my thumb area swell, and my braces were very uncomfortable. While he was already working with others, Cole sat me down and listened to me, a dying art it seems. To the chase, he adjusted my night brace, and fabricated a new day brace for me. They both fit perfectly. This was the second time he had helped me, and he was just as thorough this time. I thanked Cole, and as I walked out, the same bunch that greeted me all said goodbye and wished me a great day! It was really a very pleasant and productive visit. Lots of words...sorry, couldn't help it.

I had a fantastic experience at Professional Physical Therapy in Sayville. After a back injury, Amanda worked wonders in getting me pain-free and moving again. Matt was great as well, helping me regain strength in both my back and shoulder, and Maggie was incredibly supportive throughout the process. I 100% recommend their team--they truly care and deliver great results!
