DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER!. I will start by saying I did not want to write a negative review. But I have gave them ample time to right this wrong and they have not. They did the closing on my house and were referred by my mortgage company. There were some documents the previous owners were to provide proof of and I was told via email from the law office they received them. The paper work proved that an under ground oil tank had been abandoned properly, as not doing so would be very expensive for us. The law firm acknowledged their issue and agreed to send another company out to ensure I had proof that the oil tank was properly taken care of. It has been nearly 3 years since the closing on my home and I have been ghosted by the law firm. I sent several emails and made several phone calls to the office, but, they have completely ghosted me. Do yourself the favor and do not hire them for one of the biggest purchases of your life!
