Dan and Micheal have been a blessing in my life. I was explained everything from the very beginning. Lisa was also a delight to speak with and answered all my questions. They are both professional, intelligent and dependable. Being a first time owning such a huge investment, I had doubts and worries. This office handled my case with care and I was able to purchase the home of my dreams. My family has worked with Micheal for many, many years. Happy to see Dan walking in the same footsteps. This will not be my last time working with this office.

Michael and his paralegal, Lisa, are really good people. They were so easy to work with and truly dedicated to seeing a home closing through for me. They really bring a personal caring to the table that you don't often find when dealing with a closing. It was great to work with them and I highly recommend them.

Daniel Fier was the attorney for my buyer. He is very unresponsive, unprofessional and just not a good attorney. I'm a paralegal and have worked with many attorneys in my career. He is probably the worst of the bunch. His client also complained that he never returned their calls, texts or emails. He caused many delays in our closing which happened a month and 1/2 after it should have happened. Do yourself a favor and do not hire this attorney. And if he happens to be the attorney for the other side of the closing, insist they hire someone else.

After 2 other attorneys couldn't get a difficult closing done, we went to Dan Fier at someone's recommendation. Dan immediately understood the issue and took care of it. The office is very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend them.

As a business owner myself, I know how a bad review can hurt a business, so I take extreme precaution not to leave a bad review and try to resolve the matter first. However, with Daniel Fier Esq, his unprofessional behavior leaves me little choice but to take this route. Thankfully he does not represent me, but someone from whom I bought a property. I financed a portion of the loan from the previous owner and have subsequently repaid it. Today, 46 days since the repayment, I have yet to receive the letter of satisfaction from Daniel Fier. The law states that such letter must be provided within 30 days of repayment. According to the previous owner, he has provided Mr. Fier with this letter shortly after I repaid the loan, but Mr. Fier has failed to provide the same to my attorney, who also has left several messages for him. Now I cannot refinance the property, until I have the satisfaction letter on hand. If by the end of this week I still don't have the letter in my hands, I will also file a complaint with Suffolk county district attorney as well as the NYS Lawyer Disciplinary Agency. If you can help it, stay away from Daniel Fier
