Michael Goldberg and his support team are great at what they do and very patient and responsive with the questions I had about the process of holding the company that injured my mother accountable.

Mr. Goldberg is a lawyer who is available 24 hours and he said the truth about his firm having an A+ in Better Business Bureau. I am a new client and many attorneys want my case but I chose him. He always willing to help me and always answers my calls with respect. When I called the office, the customer service is excellent and Mayra is an excellent and good worker. Mr. Goldberg and all the employees are excellent. Mr. Goldberg and staffs deserve no 5 stars but Billions of Stars.

I took me two years to be able to review Mr. Goldberg and his partner David Waterbury. Mr. Goldberg handled my car accident case. Mr. Goldberg denied to fight my case in court becase I was a hispanic woman with an accent. He personally told me that the court was prejudice to minorities. He has a nice personality but he doesn't know his job and he really don't care to fight for his clients. He just want to get paid. That's all he care for. There are plenty of others lawyers in NY. My case was transferred to this office in "July" of this year from Morgan & Morgan. I waited for them to contact me and I didn't receive any calls nor emails from them until I called them today . One of the assistants was very sassy towards me for no reason and it wasn't the first time she's done that before. She stated to be that "they rejected the case in July" yet I have no communication from them whatsoever. I'm frustrated at this whole experience.

This lawyer is completely untrustworthy and does nothing but create billing for doctors receiving kick backs. He is unresponsive and has a very rude staff. The more you ask questions, the worst it becomes. You never see him, nor will you ever met him. He handles everything through surrogates and so requesting a meeting for updates is impossible. I had to get another lawyer to replace him who was able to deal with my case responsibly and quickly.
