Mike is an absolute crook scamer. This man will take your money and run. Be very careful dealing with him he will rip you off any chance he gets. Adding insult to injury he will do it with a nasty condescending attitude. Do not give this man any cash, you will regret it he is very manipulative and will try to bully you out of your own money. Do not give any retainer up front you will never hear from him again.

Mike Dergarabedian will take all the money you have and then sell you out. Read the bad reviews not just his Rockville Centre friends. Dismissive, insensitive and condescending. Very friendly with the D.A. office and dropped us when they needed to put my son on the stand after saying that wouldn't happen. His billing was crooked also, keep your receipts. His secretary is very,very pleasant. That's good because she is the only one you will be speaking with after you are a client.If you have a serious criminal case, look elsewhere.

This Guy Mike is a crook. Beware , this guy was hired for my husband and only stayed on the case for 3 days and rob us 6000.00 and refused to give a receipt and account of service after we fired him and have been ignoring my messages. He only cares about is money. I will be going to the bar association for his unethical practices.
