I chose to switch my legal representation from one attorney to Wisner & Wisner. I met with Todd and immediately knew I wanted him representing me. Todd took his time explaining every detail involving my case to my family and I and answered any questions we had promptly. Todd was able to lower my initial charges and give me the support I needed to get through my court proceedings. And Todd was very impressive in the court room throughout the court proceedings, especially during the actual trial. Also, Jim Chaney was very helpful throughout the entire process. Jim was also able and willing to answer any questions I had when Todd was out of the office. I also chose to use Wisner & Wisner for a traffic violation I received a few months after my original case in a small town a few hours from Rochester. Todd was able to handle the ticket for me by phone and email so neither of us had to appear in court. This was uplifting to me as I was worried my licence could once again be taken away. I moved back from Florida after being in an accident came home got a DUI from drinking and driving a elderly man to where he could be safe so he didn't get in trouble. I was not overly intoxicated but the police said I was so I got charge with a DWI. I hired wisner and wisner they answered all my questions they went the bat for me multiple times in court to end up I was found not guilty of the crime because they didn't have enough evidence after researching the video cam and they put in extra effort in to prove they didn't have enough evidence. I'm very proud of what they did and truthfully I couldn't ask for a better outcome.
